Craig Penny Art offers a money back guarantee for gallery shop collection purchases.
For Australia wide orders you have:
• 10 days from date of dispatch to notify us of your intention to return an item/s, and
• 14 days from the date of dispatch in which to return the item/s in question to obtain a refund.
• International orders will have 21 days from date of dispatch to notify and return an item.
If there is a problem go to the RETURN REQUEST FORM (below) to notify us, please read conditions for returns.
IMPORTANT: All returns should be returned in their original packaging.
• If the packaging itself has been damaged to the point that you suspect that its contents too have been damaged, please take a photograph of the damage before you open the package.

What's covered:
- The item you receive differs materially from the image on our website.
- The image on our website clearly misrepresents the item you have received.
- The item you receive is significantly different in size from that published on our website.
(Published sizes of framed or unframed works are approximate - we measure as accurately as possible). - Damage to the work during transit. (All artwork is inspected prior to dispatch).
- Delivery of work that you did not order.
- Damage to the frame, if included with the purchase.
- In the event of a replacement or repair, reshipment of the item in question, or a refund, is offered
- Warping, twisting or other distortion of an artwork or frame.
What's not covered:
- This guarantee does not cover you changing your mind.
- Minor differences in colour between the item's images on our website and what you receive. The inherent limitations of computers and imaging equipment, cannot guarantee accurate representation of colours.
- Malicious damage.
- Damage incurred through faulty or inadequate return packaging.
What's refunded:
- We refund the full purchase price of the item, less freight costs.
- Craig Penny Art will only refund money to the account from which the purchase was made.
What's not refunded:
- Return freight costs, unless an incorrect artwork was shipped.
- Return packing costs. (Where possible, return items in their original packaging).
How to make a claim:

- Photographic evidence of damage to the item you have purchased;
- Photographic evidence showing that what you received differs from what was published in the online gallery;
- Description of the damage.
- Details of when the item was delivered to you, such as date and and delivery/tracking number; or invoice.
